That inspiration leads not to an opulent or overloaded composition, but to one that feels measured and composed, where woody depth is rendered with clarity and nuance. It belongs to the woody amber family, yet its structure feels decidedly modern, polished and controlled.
The opening pairs incense with Bulgarian rose, setting the tone with immediate precision. The incense introduces a fine smoky veil, meditative rather than heavy, while the rose brings softness and a subtle velvety inflection that opens the fragrance outward. This is not a decorative floral effect; it works as a balancing element, giving the composition lift and emotional warmth. The first impression feels quiet, elegant and slightly cool, like dusk settling over water.
At the heart lies the fragrance’s central idea: Oud Assafi® shaped by papyrus. The oud is handled with restraint, focusing on texture and purity rather than density.
