Created by Geza Schoen in 2015, NAWAB OF OUDH INTENSIVO by Ormonde Jayne presents a sophisticated take on oud through an aromatic, green composition. Rather than leaning into weight or excess, it opens with a vivid, airy impression where green notes, bergamot and orange absolute bring brightness and clarity. Cardamom adds an elegant spicy edge, while aldehydes give the fragrance a polished, contemporary lift from the very first moments.
At the heart, the scent develops into a nuanced floral core. Rose introduces depth and poise, while magnolia and orchid soften the structure with a smooth, enveloping texture. Running through this floral body is a refined spicy thread of pimento, bay leaf and cinnamon, adding warmth and dimension without disturbing the fragrance’s luminous character.
